From a Shotgun Goal Line formation WR goes in motion then does a slant while the other WR runs a short post. The QB drops back then throws the quick pass to the WR on the slant.

This play is designed to attack the middle of the defense in a short yardage situation. The WR in motion will get his defender moving toward the outside opening up the inside for the quick pass.
